I purchased this for my sister. I gave it to her shortly after receiving it and she tried it out that night, saying it was great! I met up with her the following Sunday and she told me she ‘had to throw it out’. Apparently it worked a couple of times, but thereafter it would light up, but no steam would be produced. Other than the light it was entirely inert. She didn’t realize I had purchased it through Amazon, so just tossed it instead of having me return it for her. Ah well, at least the oil I gave her is still viable for other devices.

Showed up in working order. Easy to use, add water, plug it in and done!Used in massage room and different color changes are nice, add aromatherapy and scent is lovely, and only thing I had to figure out was how long it lasts which it turns itself off when empty.Love it!

I really liked this diffuser and I wanted to keep it but unfortunately every time I placed it on a flat surface, the power cable would pop out of the port due to its design. It works fine if you leave the diffuser at the edge of a table/night stand but I personally don’t trust it to not fall. 3 stars just because of the port issue and because I had to return it. The looks of the diffuser and functions (when I was able to plug it in) were great though.

This has pretty good diffusing capabilities. It puts out a decent amount of steam. I am not sure how you are supposed to get the benefits of the salt as well, as the salt is encased, but it is relaxing to look at.It is definitely a beautiful diffuser, and adds a soothing, spa-like vibe to the room.
