I recently received the GUPAY 90ml Essential Oil Diffuser, and it has quickly become a favorite in my home! This diffuser features five spray modes and a smart sensor that makes it incredibly easy to use. I love the dual-mode switching, allowing me to customize the diffusion according to my mood and needs. The design is sleek and modern, fitting seamlessly into both my home and office decor. The gentle night light adds a cozy touch, making it perfect for nighttime relaxation. I have to say the noise is not there. It’s very quiet. However. I am just not overly impressed with the rest. I don’t feel like we can smell the oils and if we do it’s minimal. And I just don’t think about charging it. I don’t know that I would buy it again when I have other options.

I have several diffusers in my house. Most are plug-in and a few are rechargeable. But none of them have motion detection like this one does and that is a game changer! Not only does that save on oil usage, it also works well for small spaces like bathrooms or hallways where traffic is not constant.I placed mine in our guest bathroom over a week ago and the battery is still showing full. And that bathroom is used often because it is adjacent to the living room.I like that it has a clock although I don’t think it is necessary unless it had an auto on/off feature based on time.I like that it has five different spray settings but my favorite is the motion setting. Five seconds of spray on movement detection and five minutes wait time before it sprays again if motion is detected again.Overall, I like this diffuser very much. It came with three oil tanks and a bunch of wicks. All others just give you one tank and maybe a couple of wicks. I will very likely buy a few more of these diffusers to replace some of the plug-in ones I have. The motion detection really sold me on this.Highly recommend this diffuser!

This smart oil Diffuser is perfect for bathrooms and small spaces. I’m using it in the bathroom. The sensor does not work consistently, no matter how many times I change the settings or position of the diffuser. I like the counter setting best.Setting it up is relatively simple, but there is no way to change the clock to 12-hours. It only uses 24-hours and the directions for setting the clock are generic. I like having three containers, easy to switch a scent or re-up the same scent!

I like using fragrances to freshen rooms of my B&B. I usually use AirWick heated ones which work good but I like the control that I have with this Gupay one. I get my essential oils in 2lb bulk bottles and with a syringe, I can fill the Gupay reservoirs (they include 3 of them) mixed with water. According to Gupay, I need water soluble oils and I haven’t found any so I put 1/3rd oil and 2/3rd water in the reservoirs and shake it up to mix the fragrance into the water. It seems to work ok. After about 3-4 times (adding water when it gets low), I pour out the old oil and put a fresh batch in.There are multiple release settings that you can choose. A continuous release lasts about a day. Setting at the next setting – every 6 minutes, it stretches to about a week before running out of water. I haven’t tried the other settings because at once a week, that is minimal intervention from me. The mist mixes into the room well and after an hour, it fills the room with fragrance. As mentioned, they include 3 reservoirs and a bunch of cotton wicks to pull the water up. The wicks can last a very very long time so I can be years before I need replacing. The unit is quite small and is powered by USB. They don’t include a USB charging block though – and probably my biggest complaint as I have to pull a block from somewhere else.

This is a ‘smart’ diffuser – it is rather complicated to use – there is a clock function, which can be set for different times, there is also a people sensing function. The water tank requires the use of a wick – of which a number are supplied and you have to use water based essential oils, or it won’t work. However, the noise it makes when it is ‘diffusing’ is really annoying, in my opinion. It also has a light on the bottom of it – which the instructions do not seem to mention, and is not really clear what it is for.

If you plan on using this in a bathroom as we do, this is an amazing choice for small areas. The human sensor setting works perfectly for that room – and inbetween sensing people, it will also release spray every 5 or so minutes until the next person is detected. It also can be set to spray at different intervals. The LED display is bright and easy to read. It has the time, not so sure why a diffuser would need to display time, but then again, it doesn’t hurt anything either. The nightlight function is also great. This diffuser needs water soluable essential oils, and comes with several wicks so you can change scents whenever you want. Why this one stands out above the rest for small rooms is its’ flexibility to be adjusted to suit your needs. In a small room, if the diffuser is releasing scent too often, the smell is just overpowering. This diffuser leaves a noticeable, pleasant but light aroma. NICE diffuser!
